Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or facility management experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on dealership buildings and property.
• Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and exterior grounds.
• Perform light carpentry and painting work.
• Inspect and maintain lighting, doors, windows, and general facility safety.
• Assist with seasonal duties (e.g., pressure washing, debris removal, etc.).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests or emergency repairs.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Work with vendors and contractors when necessary.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the dealership’s buildings, grounds, and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role plays a vital part in keeping our facilities running smoothly and creating a welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Some weekend availability may be required.
