Job summary

The Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform preventive and routine maintenance across campus facilities and equipment under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor. You will handle tasks in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and grounds care to keep buildings safe and functional.

Responsibilities include inspecting machinery, completing work orders, adhering to safety policies, and maintaining records of repairs and costs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Three years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems in a maintenance role is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Record maintenance and repair work performed and costs; complete work orders.
