Strong troubleshooting skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or with a team are essential.

The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and preventative maintenance. You will respond to work orders, document activities, and help ensure resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• 1–2 years of building maintenance or repair experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
• Respond to work orders promptly and complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and keep accurate records.
• Assist with safety compliance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
