Job summary

MCC Label is seeking a Maintenance Tech/Electrician to ensure electrical schematics and instrumentation are calibrated and current, troubleshoot during unscheduled downtime, perform repairs, and deliver comprehensive preventive maintenance.

The role requires reading electrical schematics, multi‑shift maintenance, and contributing to Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices, with emphasis on keeping production equipment and the facility in optimal condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and professional maintenance training preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge for operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment.
• Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Supports Lean Manufacturing and 5S in the production environment.
• Maintains and repairs the facility.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
