Job summary

MCC Label is seeking a Maintenance Tech/Electrician to ensure electrical schematics and instrumentation are current, troubleshoot during downtime, and complete preventive maintenance across production equipment.

The role requires basic computer knowledge, ability to multi-task, and strong problem-solving skills, with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a multi-shift environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical schematics and benefits from vocational maintenance training certificate.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Ability to multi-task and identify process improvements as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess output against specs.
• Physical ability to perform duties including climbing stairs, bending, standing, and handling material.

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment in a multi-shift environment.
• Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Supports Lean Manufacturing and 5S in the production area.
• Maintains and repairs facility as needed.
• Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned.
