The role is full-time and on-site, with a schedule on 1st or 2nd shift. Thorough record-keeping and safety practices are expected, including coordination with outside contractors when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in building maintenance.
• Strong plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Check boilers and water heaters for leaks and report to management.
• Repair and replace light fixtures, doors, and other hardware as needed.
• Maintain equipment logs and report status to management.
• Assist management with building projects and general duties.
