Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a PM Technician to join our team in the Washington tri-city area. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities, including lighting and basic electrical/plumbing tasks.

You will document actions, coordinate maintenance programs and participate in training to stay current with equipment. Candidates should have 3–5 years in maintenance and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to work in a

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience in maintenance field or more preferred.
1-2 years’ experience in plumbing or HVAC/refrigeration preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and be insurable as a driver.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities and ability to work independently.
Highly organized and work well under pressure/deadlines with the ability to multi-task.
Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

Maintains equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning and performing preventative maintenance.
Maintains facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, cleaning, lighting.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
Ensures preventative repairs are performed cost effectively by examining records, reports operating practices and other documentation.
Participate in training classes for existing and new equipment.
