Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of industrial electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems and water systems.
• Experience with PLCs, welding, and analytical troubleshooting.
• Able to operate an industrial forklift and read blueprints.
• Math skills for percentages, proportions, area and volume; basic geometry.
• Reads safety rules, O&M instructions, and process manuals; writes routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute PMs on motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and production machines.
• Troubleshoot with precision instruments and verify electrical characteristics.
• Dismantle, rebuild equipment, install wiring, and interconnect systems.
• Repair transformers, motors, relays, sensors, and PCBs.
• Diagnose hydraulic/pneumatic components and maintain pipe systems.
• Machine and fabricate repair parts to dimension; weld as needed.
• Rig equipment for installs/relocations and operate forklifts safely.
• Create maintenance reports and coordinate across shifts with leadership.
