Qualifications

• Five years related experience in a maintenance role.
• Two years in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Knowledge of safety rules and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work orders for production equipment.
• Attend meetings with manufacturing and engineering personnel to develop scopes of work and action plans.
• Inspect machines and equipment for performance and utilization.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using basic tools and electrical diagnostics.
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians on maintenance best practices.
• Develop processes to improve equipment uptime.
• Lead work efforts for specific project tasks.
• Comply with attendance policies, including overtime.
• Collaborate with management and engineering; participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
