Job summary

Tekton, a dynamic self-perform entity within Clark Construction Group, is seeking an experienced Foreman/Leader who can mentor our new team across data centers, mass timber, and traditional carpentry. This is a hands-on leadership role in a startup-style environment.

You will lead crews on safety, quality, and scheduling, read blueprints, coordinate with superintendents, and travel as needed. This position offers growth and direct impact on project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as Foreman or similar leadership role in commercial construction.
• Willingness to learn new skills in data centers and mass timber.
• Experience in painting, drywall finishing, framing, and remodeling.
• Fall protection and aerial platforms training is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Willingness to travel as project demands.
• Experience with Procore and Clearstory is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent time management; work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt on-site.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and enforce a safety-first culture on all job sites.
• Hands-on problem solver in drywall, painting, rough carpentry, and Unistrut bolting at data centers.
• Drive crew production quality with daily progress tracking and labor reporting.
• Master project scope by reviewing contracts, drawings, and standards.
• Ensure seamless coordination with superintendents and other trades.
• Manage materials and resources; procure timely supplies and maintain logs.
