Job summary

Essel Skilled Trades is seeking a Data Center Technician Foreman to lead field crews on data center construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will coordinate installations, read drawings, and liaise with project managers and subcontractors to keep work on track, with opportunities to influence how work gets done. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication in English and OSHA/Scissor Lift certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading crews on commercial/industrial construction projects.
• Experience with data center builds, structured cabling, or critical infrastructure.
• Ability to read construction drawings and supervise field execution with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of jobsite safety, quality standards, and schedule coordination.
• Proven ability to resolve field issues and coordinate with subcontractors.
• OSHA 10 certification and Scissor Lift certification.
• Fluent in English; eligible to work in the United States.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
