Job summary

Tekton, a new entity within Clark Construction Group, seeks an experienced Foreman/Leader to mentor crews across data centers, mass timber, and carpentry. You’ll lead rough and finish carpentry, frame/install, and Unistrut bolting from mobile lift platforms, ensuring safety and quality.

You’ll manage production, read plans, coordinate with superintendents, and travel as needed. This role offers growth in a startup environment backed by Clark Construction’s expertise.

Qualifications

• Experienced Foreman or similar leadership role in commercial construction.
• Willingness to travel as project requires.
• US citizenship required for access to government and secured project sites.

Responsibilities

• Champion Safety: enforce a 'Safety First' culture and SPAs.
• Hands-on problem solving in drywall, painting, rough carpentry, doors frames, and Unistrut bolting.
• Drive crew production: lead, motivate, and track progress and labor hours.
• Master project scope: review contracts, drawings, and standards.
• Coordinate daily with Superintendents on material needs and site issues.
• Manage materials and resources and maintain tools and equipment.
