Job summary

Americold is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician II to perform routine and preventive maintenance across the warehouse environment. You will address electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, roofing, and HVAC tasks, ensuring OSHA compliance and safe operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, sprinkler systems, and carpentry.
• 2+ years of industrial and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• Equivalent technical or vocational certification in lieu of experience.
• Knowledge of equipment in maintenance trades.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the warehouse.
• Repairs doors, dock levelers, freezer doors, sprinkler systems and electrical work.
• Maintains HVAC systems, roofing, and related equipment.
• Inspects equipment for OSHA compliance and safety.
• Maintains preventive maintenance records.
