Job summary

Walmart is hiring a General Facilities Maintenance Technician for our Lewis Center, OH location. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair facilities, equipment, and fixtures under the guidance of the General Maintenance Manager.

The role requires physical ability, ladder work, and valid driver's license with clean MVR. Strong teamwork and adherence to safety standards are essential for success at Walmart.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent mandatory.
• Certification in trades is preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using various crafts.
• Use work order system to receive and document repairs.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect and test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training for equipment and tools.
