Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and assets across stores, using multiple craft skills to keep operations safe and reliable.

You will handle reactive repair work orders, respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls, inspect systems and fixtures, and document repairs. A High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA Type I/II refrigerant certification, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work at heights are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent present.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders and work at heights frequently.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
• Must maintain an excellent driving record.
• EPA Type I/II refrigerant certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive reactive repair work orders.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
