Job summary

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, painting, drywall and plumbing repairs, carpentry, roof and grounds upkeep, and CMMS documentation. The ideal candidate has basic maintenance experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and works with hand and power tools in varied weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repair activities.
• Paint, patch, and finish walls, ceilings, doors, and surfaces.
• Repair drywall and plumbing as needed.
• Perform minor carpentry and door hardware repairs.
• Maintain CMMS records and document work orders.
• Operate tools safely and follow safety policies.
• Support grounds maintenance and respond to work orders.
