Tramec is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Muskegon, MI team. The role loads include maintaining and repairing equipment, electrical and plumbing systems, and supporting facility operations with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints, schematics, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance work orders and routine inspections.
• Cleans, lubricates, and maintains machinery and equipment; replaces belts as needed.
• Repairs electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical systems.
• Oversees contractor work on facilities grounds, building structure, and electrical systems.
• Reads manuals and uses manufacturer specs for detailed maintenance tasks.
