Job summary

Qualifications

• Some maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day routine repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment and buildings.
• Advise area management on job status if work is interrupted or delayed.
• Install and repair Arnot Health systems in areas such as electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and general structure.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good condition including ladders and scaffolding.
• Prepare areas for painting and perform painting as required.
