The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of facilities maintenance experience, and the ability to lift heavy objects and operate basic tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in facilities maintenance work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Required to work overtime when needed. Available to work 24/7 in the event of a natural disaster.

Responsibilities

• Conducts custodial and sanitation services to provide a pleasant and sanitary environment for employees and the general public.
• Maintains records related to material and equipment inventory and completed assignments.
• May operate various types of heavy equipment, such as lifts and landscaping equipment.
• Paints interior/exterior of buildings as needed.
• Landscaping duties as needed.
• May patch and repair drywall.
• May perform carpentry work as needed.
• May replace and repair fencing as needed.
