Job summary

Simon Management Assoc seeks a Maintenance Technician to service Rio Grande Valley Premium Outlets. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain records on site.

You will also assist with event setup, ensure safety per OSHA guidelines, manage inventory and tools, and lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret documents, plans and schematic drawings.
• Ability to communicate information to management, employees, tenants and others
• Ability to carry out instructions and define problems using reasonable judgment.

Responsibilities

• Inspects facility and troubleshoots/makes repairs to mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems and structural elements.
• Performs maintenance and minor repairs in interior/exterior areas including painting, drywall and lighting.
• Operates equipment to perform preventive maintenance and keep areas clean.
