Job summary

Axiom Care, a Phoenix-based behavioral health organization, seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to handle daily upkeep across facilities in Arizona. The role involves plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance servicing, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to perform additional tasks as needed, including janitorial or gardening duties.

Qualifications

• Three years of full-time maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to engage in continuing education for the position.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair & upgrade the physical condition of properties.
• Prioritizes and performs service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform regular inspections of the property.
• Interacts with a wide range of people and be personable and trustworthy.
• Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and refurbishing.
• Must be willing to perform or assign any task (janitorial, gardening, etc.)
• Services appliances, equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, etc.
• Routine pest control maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Support CLAS-related training and language access initiatives.
