Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean/restore vacated apartment homes and maintain facility cleanliness.
• Assist with painting, drywall, and basic repairs; install appliances as needed.
• Maintain exteriors, common areas, and grounds; perform snow removal and landscaping tasks.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on systems and appliances.
• Walk units to forecast repairs and create punch lists, ensure move-in readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors and residents; uphold move-in standards.
