Job summary

SPM, LLC – Townsquare Apartments in Harrisburg, AR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep units and common areas well-maintained, safe, and welcoming. You’ll troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues and complete service requests with care.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, teamwork, and strong customer service to support residents and the community. Experience in property maintenance is preferred, with opportunities for growth and stability.

Qualifications

• Previous property maintenance experience.
• HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Must lift at least 50 pounds; valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of maintaining the community’s physical condition, inside and out.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical issues, plumbing problems, and appliances (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, disposals, etc.).
• Complete service requests within 24 hours quickly, efficiently, and with care.
• Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
• Help maintain curb appeal: remove debris, pressure wash exteriors, maintain grounds.
• Rotate on-call duties with the maintenance team for after-hours and weekend support.
• Keep inventory of commonly used parts and materials to control expenditures.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to support residents.
