Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in general maintenance roles.
• Ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions.
• Valid drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings to ensure maintenance requirements are met.
• Diagnose problems and initiate corrective actions.
• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks by priority.
• Prepare, plan and execute projects.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies; supervise maintenance work.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks.
• Schedule relief, emergency, and vacation coverage.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
