Job summary

The Domain Companies is seeking a motivated Handyman to manage resident service requests and perform maintenance tasks across properties. You will read supervision instructions, plan schedules, and complete tasks efficiently to keep units ready and safe for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and painting, with a focus on safety and quality. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude to support our community-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of handyman experience required.
• Painting experience required.
• Must be fluent in English and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete resident service requests.
• Read and receive instruction from supervisor regarding cleaning and maintaining property.
• Plan work schedule to ensure adequate service for residents.
• Efficiently complete daily tasks and meet deadlines.
• Assist with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, etc.
• Paint and upkeep hallways, interior and exterior doors.
