Job summary

Greenfield Global USA, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to join our Shelbyville, KY team. You will operate bottling lines, drum lines, totes filling stations, and pail lines, with cross-training in relabeling and manual filling.

The role requires lifting 40–50 pounds, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work independently or with other departments to meet the production schedule. Safety and quality are top priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Ability to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train.
• Able to operate packaging lines and forklifts safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate bottling lines, drum lines, totes filling station and pail line.
• Set up lines, change overs and follow production schedule.
• Label and seal packages; palletize and track batches.
• Monitor production levels and perform daily scale calibrations.
• Identify equipment issues and communicate with supervisors.
