Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Proven experience performing machine setups and production changeovers
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety procedures and best practices

Responsibilities

• Operate bottling and packaging machinery with minimal supervision
• Perform equipment setups, product changeovers, and line adjustments
• Troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues and complete minor repairs or adjustments
• Monitor production performance, including efficiency, downtime, and product quality metrics
• Complete production records, logs, and documentation accurately and on time
• Provide guidance to Machine Operator I team members during production runs
• Work closely with line operators and production staff to maintain workflow
