Job summary

Arconic is seeking PM Crew members for its Springdale, Arkansas Maintenance Team. The role focuses on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting to keep production running safely and efficiently.

You will identify and fix problems, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement in a diverse, collaborative environment. Candidates should be able to lift moderately to heavily, be flexible for shifts, holidays, and overtime, and obtain forklift/crane/Genie/scissor lift

Qualifications

• Synergy Tech skills assessment must be completed and meet minimum requirements.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and training.
• Self-motivated with discipline and eagerness to learn equipment and failure patterns.
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting and flexible shifts including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Have General Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic Troubleshooting Skills
• Identify Problems and formulate solutions to fix the problems
• Fix most problems with minimal assistance from a higher skill level employee
• Troubleshoot small electrical circuits and find problems
• Troubleshoot small pumping circuits and pump failures
• Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical drive systems such as belts, motors, and chains with minimal assistance
• Repair mechanical failures in a timely fashion
• General Idea of manufacturing operations, such as Extrusion Press Operation, Water Treatment Process Pumping and Systems, Anodizing and Paint Operations
• Perform PMs such as oil level checks and mechanical Inspections
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
