Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Clinical Associate & Admin Associate for a Per Diem Day shift in Danvers, MA. The role supports patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and performs a mix of clinical and clerical tasks to maintain unit operations.

Responsibilities include vital signs, basic procedures, documentation, and assisting with daily living activities. CNA certification is preferred but not required; BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required upon hire.
• Basic computer skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs, height and weight, oxygen saturation.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide basic clinical procedures under RN supervision.
• Communicate observations to the nurse and care team.
• Support room service, nutrition and patient safety tasks.
