Job summary

Henkel's Consumer Brands division is hiring for a 3rd shift manufacturing role. You will rotate among operating production equipment, shipping and receiving to support production and meet changing demands.

Candidates typically have 1–2 years in manufacturing, experience with forklifts, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel for quality checks and downtime tracking. Henkel offers health benefits, PTO, 401(k) matching and bonus programs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience in a plant setting.
• Experience operating forklifts and standard production equipment.
• Ability to run quality checks and document downtime in basic software.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between operating production equipment and shipping/receiving to support demand.
• Operate machines safely and follow all procedures.
• Use computer tools (Word/Excel) for quality checks and downtime data entry.
• Show adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
• Backfill in multiple production areas as outages occur.
• Provide feedback to promote safe, efficient work behaviors.
