Job summary

Henkel AG & Co. KGaA in Missouri is seeking a Production Operator for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:00pm) with occasional overtime. You’ll operate mixing, blending and packaging equipment, follow SOPs, and maintain quality and safety documentation.

Join a Lean manufacturing team focused on continuous improvement, 5S practices, and effective collaboration to ensure consistent product quality and efficient production processes on the line.

Qualifications

• Experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Operate mixing, blending and packaging equipment.
• Follow SOPs, batch sheets and safety guidelines.
• Inspect equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate production, quality and safety records.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

What you´ll do

• Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment used in adhesive manufacturing.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP's), batch sheets, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety documentation.
• Support housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
