Job summary

Standard Electric Supply Co. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at Tinley Park and Roselle, IL. The role requires hands-on leadership, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and shipping while guiding a team of five associates.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in warehouse leadership, a valid CDL not required, and proficiency with MS Excel/Outlook. Travel between sites is expected to support daily activities and maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years in warehouse leadership and management.
• Valid driver's license and a DOT Medical Card, or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted and 70 pounds with assistance; proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations at Tinley Park and Roselle locations; oversee receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Supervise and develop five warehouse associates; foster a positive team environment.
• Monitor performance and drive process improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals, implement improvements, and support business growth.
• Ensure safety, organization, and compliance across both facilities; plan resource needs and maintenance.
