The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years in warehouse leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Outlook/Excel. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 annually and benefits include health and 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in warehouse, distribution, leadership, and management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; CDL not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations at Tinley Park and Roselle locations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop five warehouse associates.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safe, organized, compliant warehouse operations at both facilities.
• Travel between locations as needed and attend customer meetings.
