Job summary

Proven IT in Tinley Park, IL is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to manage receipt, storage, shipment, and delivery of equipment and supplies. The role blends warehouse duties with picking, packing, labeling, and driver support, requiring flexibility to switch tasks as business needs dictate.

You will lift up to 75 lbs (100+ with a team), operate a forklift when needed, and work with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs independently; 100+ lbs with team.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Walking and standing up to 90% of the workday; bend/twist/kneel daily.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive product and supplies into the warehouse and ERP system, verifying quantity, item type, and serial numbers.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for delivery or shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks.
• Operate a forklift as needed.
• Assist on delivery route as a driver helper and provide updates to Drivers and Internal teams.
• Complete paperwork for deliveries, transfers, and shipments daily.
• Maintain stock rotation and restock shelves as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventories.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with building maintenance.
