Job summary

Rye Harrison Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Multisite Practice Manager to oversee operations at our Rye and Rye Brook locations. The role leads veterinarians, technicians, and staff, balancing business needs with high-quality animal care.

The position is full-time, ~40–50 hours weekly, with a typical schedule of four days plus occasional after-hours meetings. Salary ranges $100,000–$120,000 with up to 15% performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on hospital growth initiatives.
• Drive client growth and retention activities, including health reminders and online reputation.
• Collaborate with Marketing Leads to execute campaigns and improve outreach.
• Ensure premium, white-glove client service across locations.
• Manage operations in partnership with doctors and leadership.
• Handle personnel management, scheduling, inventory, and admin duties.
• Coach teams toward continuous improvement and exceptional client experience.
• Balance business needs with staff needs and lead by example.
