Job summary

Jacobs is looking for a Senior Manager in Turnover to oversee the coordination of construction activities. You will lead a diverse team on-site, driving the successful turnover of multi-discipline systems in Pharma/Biotech projects in Greenville, South Carolina.

Your role involves collaboration with subcontractors and ensuring adherence to quality requirements while standardizing processes across multiple sites. Strong leadership and a proven track record in construction are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Biotech projects.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• OSHA 10 Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse team on an active construction site.
• Collaborate with field Quality and sub-contractors to ensure adherence to testing.
• Implement and standardize turnover programs across multiple sites.
