Job summary

Jacobs is hiring a Director of Turnover to lead turnover operations across large-scale projects, ensuring enterprise standards are followed and coordinating field verification and documentation of installed systems.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with construction, CQV, and client stakeholders, supervise multi-site teams, interpret P&IDs, and implement standardized turnover programs across regions, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive turnover experience on Pharma/Biotechnology or Data Center projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multi-site programs.
• OSHA 30 Certification is required.
• Proven ability to standardize turnover processes across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnover operations across multiple large-scale projects and portfolios, ensuring enterprise turnover standards are followed.
• Coordinate field verification and documentation of systems installed by Construction.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with field Quality, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
• Develop and implement turnover programs and procedures across sites to enable timely transfer to CQV teams.
