Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 15+ years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Biotechnology projects, Data Center projects, or equivalent complex facilities.
• Demonstrated success in leadership roles.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Ability to provide leadership presence on active construction sites with PPE and client-facing activities.
• Proven experience developing turnover programs across multiple sites and regions.
• Demonstrated ability to standardize processes and procedures across different geographical locations and business units.
• Experience establishing partnerships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for turnover operations across multiple large-scale projects and portfolios.
• Ensure enterprise-level turnover standards, methodologies, and best practices are followed.
• Coordinate and facilitate field verification and documentation of systems installed by Construction.
• Direct walk-down activities across active construction sites and guide construction leadership and subcontractors.
• Standardize enterprise turnover programs across sites and regions and ensure QA/QC compliance with testing and documentation requirements.
