Job summary

• Manage department operations of rehab services across multiple sites.
• Oversee referral management and profitability for multiple clinics.
• Ensure compliance with documentation, billing structures, and staff pre-admission training to maximize reimbursement.
• Develop growth tactics with regional leadership and produce weekly/monthly reports.
