Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Senior Rehab Services Administrator to oversee operations across Wisconsin rehab sites. You will manage referrals, profitability, staff performance, budgets, and compliance, driving quality and patient satisfaction benchmarks.

You will partner with regional leadership to develop growth strategies, monitor KPIs weekly or monthly, and ensure staff competency including required licensures for PT/OT/SLP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, SLP, Business or Health Care Administration.
• Typically requires 5 years of clinical therapy experience in rehab.
• Includes 1 year of supervisory experience managing staff and budgets.
• Licensure as PT, OT or Speech-Language Pathology in the practicing state.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations across rehab sites and clinical care types.
• Manage referrals, profitability, budgeting, and reimbursement processes.
• Ensure quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and program outcomes.
• Lead staff and clinical leads, conduct training and performance reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to drive growth and reporting.
