Elmington Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the 12th & Wedgewood property. You will respond to service requests, perform repairs in plumbing, carpentry, appliances, HVAC, and electrical systems, and maintain the property with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.
Your role requires at least two years in property maintenance, EPA Section 608 or HVAC certification, and the ability to use tools and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
