Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Minimum two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture, specimen handling, and processing skills.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection methods.
• Prepare, label, process, and transport specimens according to established procedures.
• Verify patient demographic information and ensure accurate specimen identification.
• Obtain patient signatures and confirm proper specimen labeling following specimen collection.
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming patient experience.
• Travel between multiple Patient Service Center and In-Office Phlebotomy locations as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
