Job summary

Aramark in Irving, TX seeks a General Manager to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for clients generating 2–15M+ in revenue. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service across food service, facility support, custodial, retail, lodging, and transportation with a strong emphasis on safety and financial results.

You will lead a team, manage client relationships, and drive service improvements while overseeing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance at the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Strong leadership and team-building experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and service delivery.
• Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and cost controls.
• Experience with contract services or hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services while providing hands-on execution management of operations.
• Manages the client and community relationships at the location, continually assessing operations and developing plans to provide optimal service and drive satisfaction.
• Builds, develops, and leads a management team and staff capable of carrying out organizational objectives.
• Recommends methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on contractual obligations.
• In partnership with Finance, manages a budget and assists in improving financial performance and productivity.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and Aramark standards of operation including safety and policy.
