Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to lead the Health Center at the Mason site. You will develop and administer medical testing programs, oversee clinical operations, and provide health coaching to employees, while collaborating with HR, HSE, and site leadership.

The role requires an unencumbered nursing license, a nursing degree, and experience in occupational/employee health; certification in CAOHC/NIOSH is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Nursing Degree (Registered Nurse) or higher; B.S. Nursing Degree preferred.
• An unencumbered nursing license and ability to obtain a license if not currently licensed in the state.
• Experience of working with Microsoft office, PowerPoint, excel and other enterprise collaboration and work productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead site occupational health medical monitoring program.
• Coordinate basic and advanced life support with site emergency teams.
• Manage care for ill/injured workers and return-to-work assessments.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with health regulations and medical records.
