Job summary

Milliken & Company Johnston Plant seeks an Occupational Health Nurse to support daily health needs, respond to injuries, promote wellness, and partner with the plant team to keep the workplace safe and healthy.

You will run the plant medical clinic, provide first aid, coordinate follow-up care, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with Human Resources, Safety, medical providers, and leadership to protect associates' well-being. This is a full-time, day-shift role at Johnston Plant.

Qualifications

• A current unrestricted nursing license in SC & GA.
• RN credentials with occupational health, manufacturing, emergency, public health, or ambulatory care experience considered a plus.
• A nursing degree from an accredited program with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Providing first aid support and coordinating follow-up care when needed.
• Supporting routine health screenings, return-to-work needs, and occupational health program requirements.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked plant medical clinic.
• Partnering with Human Resources, Safety, medical providers, and plant leadership to support associate well-being.
• Helping with injury follow-up, wellness activities, safety meetings, and associate health education.
• Maintaining accurate clinic records while protecting confidentiality of associate medical information.
