Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician in Antioch, TN to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, and amenities meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

You will handle work orders, make-ready tasks, inventory control, and routine inspections while maintaining documentation and quality of service. A flexible schedule is often required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications required for all technicians.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Track materials, equipment, and inventory; notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately and timely for records.
