Job summary

Rainey Property Management in California is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties with general maintenance and capital projects. You will work with the onsite team, performing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks to keep buildings, grounds and amenities safe and presentable.

Minimum 2 years apartment maintenance experience and EPA Universal certifications are required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience required.
• EPA/Universal certifications required.
• Ability to use small hand tools and gas-powered tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to ensure peak performance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Complete projects/tasks in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner.
• Report and address unsafe conditions; maintain property appearance and safety.
• Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure pathways and common areas are clean and accessible.
• Perform after-hours emergency on-call coverage as scheduled.
