Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician 1 to support Hudson Ridge in Port Richey, FL. This full-time role involves daily repair and upkeep, preparing vacant units, and ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and housing laws.

You will own basic tools, collaborate with the maintenance team, and participate in on-call duties. EPA 608 certification and a valid driver’s license are required. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of maintenance and general repair experience in a multi-family community.
• EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal Technician license required (or sponsorable within 75 days).
• Valid driver’s license required; owns basic tools as allowed by state laws.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws including Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act compliance.
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment.
• Collaborate on curb appeal and grounds maintenance.
• Attend on-call duties and occasional overtime.
