Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience, multifamily preferred.
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.

Skills

Ability to operate hand and basic power tools

Understanding chemical safety procedures

Basic computer and mobile literacy
