• Five+ years in multifamily maintenance.
• Three+ years supervising maintenance teams.
• Willing to manage paperwork and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead apartment turnovers and make-readies across nine properties.
• Perform high-skilled trade work (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall) to reduce vendor costs.
• Manage a two-person maintenance tech team: hiring, training, performance.
• Process work orders and track records via AppFolio on mobile.
• Track expenses, control costs, and report against budget.
• Source vendors and coordinate contractors when needed.
• Support preventive maintenance and capital improvement projects.
• Set and enforce safety standards for the team.
• Serve as the operations link between property management and maintenance crew.
